Why we cap every class at 12

More attention, better movement, and a room where nobody disappears into the back row.

Attention is the training advantage

Twelve is the largest group where I can still see every hinge, landing, and breath pattern without turning coaching into crowd control.

That attention means we can progress intelligently. I know who is returning from a sore knee, who is ready for a heavier bell, and who needs a quieter option today.

Small does not mean quiet

A twelve-person room has real energy. You hear the bikes, the bells, and each other—but there is space to move and no race for equipment.

Why the waitlist matters

A small cap only works when empty spots move quickly. Our waitlist offers freed places in order, with a clear fifteen-minute claim window.
