Sunlit training floor at Pulse & Form

/ About Pulse & Form

Building Stronger Mornings, One Member at a Time

A small-room studio where coaching stays personal, booking stays clear, and every open spot finds the person who wants it.

Jade Okafor, owner and coach of Pulse & Form

/ Our philosophy

Strong enough to challenge. Small enough to notice.

Jade opened Pulse & Form after years in crowded rooms where members were motivated—but rarely seen. Every class now caps at twelve, so form, progressions and energy get individual attention.
